Description
Our completely online CAOHC Refresher course is held to review audiometric testing and the components of a hearing conservation program. This refresher seminar will provide updated information on new technology for preventing hearing loss and on new regulations. The format will be zoom meetings in the mornings, leaving your afternoons open. With morning meetings the course will run 3 mornings, Tuesday, Wednesday followed by a Thursday wrap up, review and then test. We are able to more than adequately accomplish the practicums online. The test will also be online. (Tues & Wed) we will working becoming familiar with all facets of occupational hearing conservation from noise surveys, hearing protection and fit-verification, to education, training, and managing of programs. Our focus for the Last Morning (Thurs) is reviewing hearing loss prevention strategies and preparation for the national CAOHC exam. Participants in of this course qualify for recertification by CAOHC (required every five years). After hearing Dr. Thunder speak, you will truly be refreshed!

Refund/Cancellation Policy: At no charge, you can move your registration to another course date or substitute for another student/employee. If you need to cancel your registration and it is more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the course, you will receive a full refund for the course fee. Submitting a course(s) registration with us implies that we have reserved a virtual “seat” solely for you. Given that you cancel your registration two weeks or less to the start date, you will be charged 15% of the course fee, and the retail cost of the course kit $200, if already shipped.
